Artesian spring water / Still water
Discovered at the end of the 19th century, the source of Elsenham is bounded by the deepest layers of chalk in the heart of the County of Hertfordshire, North of London.
Elsenham water is naturally rich in minerals: particularly calcium and iron, while its sodium content remains low. In its sparkling version, it delights the palate thanks to its fine bubbles but keeps the unique flavour of the still water which is so specific to it.
Its uniquely designed bottle and cap emphasizes the purity of the water which allows it to be well-displayed in London’s grandest gastronomic establishments.
