The water of Sant Aniol comes from a very old multi-millennium source protected by 600 hectares of totally virgin environment around La Vall de Llémena, in the volcanic area of La Garrotxa near Girona. The water of Sant Aniol emerges on the surface after travelling 55 meters from its source below, through sedimentary and volcanic rocks. The slow process of filtration guarantees its incomparable levels of purity to the water. The “terroir” is experienced in every sip, which has allowed the water to win twice the prestigious Superior Taste Award. This prize is given by the International Taste & Quality Institute to reward the best international food products each year.
