In the heart of the ‘Parc des Monts d’Ardèche’, a natural still mineral water can be found: the CHANTEMERLE source. It was recognized in 1860 for its digestive virtues because it is rich in trace elements (copper, iron, manganese, zinc) and is suitable for salt-free diets thanks to its low sodium content.
In 1868, begins the exploitation of this water which, according to a local legend, would have been discovered in the 12th century by a troubadour.
His sister exists in still mineral water: the Chantemerle.
