A true Champenois winemaker with only 4 hectares of vineyards spread over 27 parcels between Pierry and Moussy south of Epernay, and some significant features:

  •     Pinot Meunier 1er Cru (very rare!)
  • Minimum 5 years aging in the cellar which guarantees a complexity and very fine bubbles.
  • Minimalist and very quantitative production.
  • Grassed vines, no weed killers, HVE certification (High Environmental Value).
  • No sulfur on the vines because the winemaker is allergic to sulphites, so it is a NATURE Champagne with less than 28mgr / l of SO2 Total on all the vintages!

You can drink it you will not have a headache … In addition it’s delicious …

  • Cheerful Brut:

o Grapes: 80% Pinot Meunier + 20% Chardonnay 1er Cru
o Gross Dosage 8g / l
This truly seductive Champagne with buttery and honeyed notes will perfectly accommodate any cocktail party for the greatest pleasure of all guests.

  • Generous Brut Nature:

o Grapes: 90% Pinot Meunier + 10% Chardonnay 1er Cru
o Raw Brut Dosage 2g / l
Nice attack on the palate, very lively and complex Champagne, a touch of minerality at the end to keep your mouth fresh and appreciate other glasses …

  •  Dreamy Rosé:

o Grapes: 30% Pinot Meunier + 50% Chardonnay + 20% Pinot Noir
o Gross Dosage 8g / l
Beautiful freshness on the palate with notes of citrus and red berries that bring its roundness and sweetness that makes all good rosé Champagne.

  •     Precious 1st Cru:

o Grapes: 50% Pinot Meunier 1er Cru + 50% Chardonnay 1er Cru
o Gross Dosage 8g / l
Very fond, a small nutty side, complex and superb length in the mouth. Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier find a balance between freshness and voluptuousness. A favorite champagne for the Watershop team!

  • Distinguished Blanc de Blancs 1er Cru:

o Grapes: 100% Chardonnay 1er Cru
o Extra Brut Dosage 4g / l
One of the best whites that we have been given to drink, in addition to 1er Cru, at a price unbeatable. The minerality is matched only by the extraordinary aromatic complexity, and we are not talking about the length in the mouth which is simply incredible! For lovers of great Blanc de Blancs, to enjoy on a noble dish (Lobster, Saint-Jacques, Turbot) or face to face or for pleasure …

  •     Vintage 2008 1st Vintage:

o Grapes: 100% Chardonnay 1er Cru of which 15% aged in oak casks
o Gross dosage 7g / l
With a disgorgement at the end of 2016, this vintage 1er Cru 2008 expresses all its young freshness with very fine bubbles and a nice minerality in the mouth. Pleasant and surprisingly drinkable when served at 8 ° C, it develops its complexity and hints at some of its potential after a few minutes in the glass or at a more decent temperature for this old Champagne, around 12 ° C. Pretty bluffing and to discover the eyes closed for the amateurs!
